Refund Policy
1. General principle – Tailor-made services
The services offered by SOLASTA PRODUCTION are personalized services, carried out on a quote basis and adapted to the specific needs of each client.
Therefore, in accordance with current regulations, no right of withdrawal or automatic refund applies once the order has been validated and the service initiated, unless otherwise required by law or by written agreement.
Any sum paid as a deposit corresponds to a reservation of human, technical and creative resources, and remains the property of SOLASTA PRODUCTION in the event of cancellation by the client.
2. Cancellation, interruption or modification of the service
In the event of cancellation of the service by the client after validation of the quote:
The amounts corresponding to services already rendered are due in full.
The costs incurred (travel, rentals, subcontracting, permits) remain the responsibility of the client.
No refunds will be given for preparatory or creative work already begun.
In the event of a substantial modification of the project initiated by the client, SOLASTA PRODUCTION reserves the right to propose an adjustment of the quote and deadlines, without this giving rise to a refund of sums already paid.
3. Exceptional cases and SOLASTA PRODUCTION's liability
A full or partial refund will only be considered in the event of a serious and proven breach attributable exclusively to SOLASTA PRODUCTION, rendering the service unperformable in its main purpose.
In this case, any reimbursement will be strictly limited to the amounts corresponding to the part of the service not performed, excluding any additional compensation.
No refund will be given in the event of force majeure, delays or impossibilities resulting from events attributable to the customer or third parties.
